Job Description
This role is about understanding our entrepreneurs deeply, ensuring they get maximum value from our platform, and cultivating strong relationships.
Responsibilities
- User Insights: Dive into data to understand customer behavior, preferences, and areas of improvement.
- Feedback Loop: Engage with users to collect feedback, turning these insights into actionable improvements.
- Enhance Onboarding : Continuously enhance the onboarding process, ensuring entrepreneurs get maximum value from day one.
- User Engagement: Develop and roll out strategies to engage entrepreneurs through their lifecycle, promoting deeper platform integration and feature adoption.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with the product, marketing, and support teams to share insights and drive customer-centric initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Sociology or a related field.
- You have at least 5 years work experience as a Product Manager
- Proven experience in user engagement, user research, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and CRM systems.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently.
