Responsibilities
- Develop trust and credibility by helping clients solve their business problems ▪ Meet with clients prior to product delivery and help establish and clarify their specific business needs and technical requirements
- Ensure customer questions and concerns regarding Infodata’s products and solutions are addressed and help them make the most informed buying decision possible.
- Collaborate with the technical team to define, design, and detail the aspects and feasibility of proposed solutions
- Work with the technical team and ensure delivery of effective Proof of Concept (POC) to prospective customers
- Demonstrate technical knowledge of Infodata’s various product options to potential customers and follow up with them, making every effort to close the sale professionally. ▪ Continuously expand knowledge of the company’s product lines
- Accurately communicate all technical specifications to potential customers
- Offer related products and services to new customers
- Participate in system acceptance testing and change management process.
- Coach clients on how to use the products or solutions that have been deployed
- Collaborate with the sales team, technical teams and senior management to develop successful product sales technique
Qualifications
- 4+ years of product sales experience
- Degree in Sciences, Engineering, or another similar field.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels
- Technical knowledge of IT solutions
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Ability to break down technical jargon into understandable terms
- Excellent listening and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ▪ Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Articulate and well-spoken with excellent phone and email etiquette
