Job Description
We are looking for a professional Production Assistant responsible for assisting with the production activities of the organization. The production assistant will monitor the inventory levels of production supplies and raw materials, and contribute to the overall productivity of the production department. To be a successful Production Assistant, the individual must demonstrate an understanding of production procedures and safety precautions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating production schedules.
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date production records.
- Maintain product quality standards by conducting quality control checks during and after production.
- Ensure adherence to production regulations for a safe and secure environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production activities.
- Ensure the organization of equipment and the cleanliness of the production area.
- Work with production schedules to meet production deadlines.
- Assist with the identification and resolution of production-related issues.
- Contribute initiatives to production process improvements.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant course.
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years work experience as Production staff or similar role.
- Basic knowledge of data entry and documentation.
- Basic knowledge of production processes and equipment use.
- Training in a production or related field is desirable.
- Familiarity with the skincare production industry would be an added advantage.
