PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
Primarily, to be able to represent Rence Print and Packaging on all production grounds.
Overview
We are recruiting for our partner company, Rence Print and Packaging, involved in bread nylon production.
Job Purpose: Primarily, to be able to represent Rence Print and Packaging on all production grounds.
Responsibilities
- Move around our top 3 factories in different places to monitor jobs. This happens mostly daily.
- Ensure jobs are done at the stipulated time; in case of delay, stand firm to ensure it’s done.
- Should be proactive on the job and be smart enough to make decisions. This is to ensure work goes smoothly. However, questions can be asked if difficulty is encountered.
- Daily accountability of job done.
- Daily accountability of cash spent.
- Relating with clients and ability to convert prospective customers.
- Liaise with office admin to prepare invoices, receipts, etc.
Qualification
- OND Minimum
- Sales conversion
- Knowledge of Lagos routes
- Good communication skills
Others: creative thinking, customer service, having a good Android phone, decision-making, multi-tasking, negotiation, problem-solving, supervision, and teamwork.
Working Condition
- Outdoor: This would require going from place to place.
- Daily, Monday to Saturday, but there’d be breaks in between.
- Time: 9:30 am to 6 pm
- On-call: You would be required to be on your phone most of the time
Salary range 50,000NGN
