Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and skilled Building Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our building construction projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. Other responsibilities that will help achieve this include:
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate and manage project teams, including contractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards.
- Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans.
- Monitor and report on project progress, costs, and quality.
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with contractors and suppliers.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality and client requirements.
- Manage project close-out, including final inspections and handovers. job
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in building construction project management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
Skills:
- Experience in site supervision of construction works.
- Strong knowledge of building industry standards related to architecture and construction.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex quality issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to construction sites and project locations as needed.
