Autonomous Responsibility: Key Resource Person for the company JV Assets Projects Performance and Monitoring, Coordinates directly with DMD/ED JV Asset, Heads of Entities: EGM FOPs, TS, GMs, JV MACom etc; Creates simplified snapshot reports that can be used to monitor the team’s performance and can be reviewed and scrutinized by SLT, JVA MaCom
Responsibilities
ENCOURAGE PEOPLE TO GENERATE IDEAS IN LINE WITH MGT REQUIREMENT
- Coordinate iobeya sessions with project teams to develop, monitor and trouble shoot projects and monitor their progress.
- Drive team performance in the performance management community, challenge the way things are done, be the focal point for Performance Improvement in the relevant entities.
SYNTHESIZE INFO AND ENSURE IT IS WELL ARTICULATED
- Define, implement and coordinate Performance Management at JV level (Process, Dashboards & KPI’s, Integrate digital innovation in Performance Management process).
- Identify performance opportunities and present to JV MACOM. Manage and track implementation once validated (technical, financial, business, organisational).
- Support entities in defining KPI’s and prepare dashboards to monitor and drive operational performance, share best practices in Performance Management.
- Perform spot data-driven analysis of low-performing activities, across the full value chain.
- Implement communication of KPI’s to different levels of organisation. MANAGE PERFORMANCE
- Drive the Strategic Alignment process of the JV Le RADAR Projects, implements tracking plan,
- Liaise with LEAN, Digital and 3C coordinators to select the relevant methodology to improve performance within the organisation and ensure a transversal coherence of initiatives, avoid duplication and promote joint initiativesTRACK FOR IMPROVEMENT/ REVIEW
- Coordinate JV audits planning and coordinate translation of audit findings into performance improvements.
- Adhere to good change management practice for implementation of new processes.
- Support ad-hoc reporting and performance tasks as required. GENERAL
- Ensure activities are performed in a ‘value-for-money’ effective manner.
- Enhance focus on operations excellence and innovation – continuous improvement focus.
- Support collaboration and integration across disciplines, projects and organizational borders.
- Ensure that information is treated according to right level of confidentially.
Qualification
- Degree in Engineering or Sciences with minimum of 5 years professional experience.
- Team player, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, diplomatic, self-driven, influential.
- Good analytical skills, eagerness to work with figures and optimise processes.
- Organized, dynamic, open minded, ambitious and eager to learn.
- IT-savvy: expert skills in Microsoft Office and Power-BI is a requirement, motivated to become expert in other reporting & performance tools.
