Job Description
This is a full-time office role for a Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. The candidate will need to prioritize workloads and work closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and accurate reporting of project costs.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting
- Knowledge of BOQ and Cost Planning
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel
- Membership in relevant professional bodies and certification such as NIQS with a minimum of 10 years work experience in quantity surveying field
