Responsibilities
. Identify and evaluate business opportunities by researching and analyzing sales options
. Establish contact and develop relationships with prospects to promote and sell our real estate products
. Provide support, information, and guidance to clients, maintaining strong relationships
. Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify product improvements or new opportunities
. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
. Maintain high standards of service and enforce organizational standards
. Stay informed about industry best practices by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and participating in professional societies
. Contribute to the overall team effort by achieving related results as needed
Qualifications
. Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate marketing or sales
. Strong understanding of the real estate industry and market dynamics
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
. Proven track record of achieving sales targets
. Self-motivated and driven to succeed
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
. Good organizational and time management skills
