REALTOR
Develop and implement targeted lead generation strategies to attract qualified leads for new developments
Overview
The Realtor will function as Sales and Marketing Executive, playing a pivotal role in expanding the company’s market reach, identifying new business opportunities, and generating qualified leads that contribute to continued success. You’ll leverage your strong communication, relationship-building, and business acumen to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives. We require a minimum of 3-5 years of experience is Sales and Marketing role, preferably within the real estate sector.
Responsibilities
- Market Research & Lead Generation:
Conduct thorough market research to identify and analyse potential new markets, customer segments, and business partnerships.
Develop and implement targeted lead generation strategies to attract qualified leads for new developments and ongoing projects.
Utilize a variety of lead generation tactics, including attending industry events, networking, and digital marketing efforts. - Business Development & Relationship Management:
Build and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry, including developers, investors, brokers, architects, and government agencies.
Identify and qualify potential business partners and develop strategic partnerships that contribute to mutually beneficial growth.
Negotiate and structure win-win business deals that align with the company’s long-term objectives. - Proposal Development & Presentations:
Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of the company’s projects and services.
Deliver clear and concise presentations to potential clients and partners, showcasing company’s expertise and competitive advantage.
Secure meetings with decision-makers and confidently present the company’s offerings to close deals. - Business Analysis & Growth Strategies:
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
Track and measure the performance of business development initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s overall growth strategy.
Qualification
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (highly desirable).
- Proven track record of success in generating leads, developing new business opportunities, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (a plus).
- A passion for the real estate industry and a desire to contribute to the growth of a successful company.
