Create comprehensive job adverts on job platforms and social media pages and track CV applications on the company’s ATS
Responsibilities
- Develop recruitment and selection procedures for various positions
- Create comprehensive job adverts on job platforms and social media pages and track CV applications on the company’s ATS
- Work with the recruitment manager in coordinating assessment center exercises and administering tests for job positions.
- Craft detailed job descriptions for the central operations unit to work with in developing a job requisition
- Coordinate and direct interview panels as required and ensure notifications are promptly sent to scheduled applicants and candidates regarding application status, testing dates, test scores, and interview dates.
- Perform job analysis and classification studies and recommend appropriate position classification
- Conduct research and propose policy or procedural changes related to recruitment best practices, labor/employee relations, position classification, and other human resource activities as assigned.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, including yield rate, time-to-hire, and time-to-fill using the recruitment tracker
- Identify recruitment priorities and develop a strategy to fill the openings.
- Complete reference and background checks on selected candidates, as requested.
- Participate in the offer process including negotiating offers with candidates.
- Partner with external vendors in building a hiring talents funnel.
- Represent the company in job fairs, recruiting events and open houses
- Provide a positive candidate experience by communicating clearly and promptly throughout the process.
- Execute other assignments as directed by the Recruitment Manager
Qualification
- First degree in social sciences, Engineering or any related field
- Minimum of 1- 2 cognate years of experience as a recruiter in a structured environment
- Excellent sourcing techniques
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and data analysis tools.
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency-based, and behavioural)
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting related to recruitment metrics.
- Ability to use psychometric tests and other assessment tools
- Experience working in a consulting space will be a plus
- Proficiency in the use of Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI, and any other analytical tool is strongly desired
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Application suites
