Job Description

The primary purpose of a Regional Sales Director is to lead sales and business development within the specific geographic region. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, lead generation, and ensuring the attainment of revenue targets. The Regional Sales Director is also responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying market opportunities, and contributing to overall growth and success align with organizational goals in their designated region.

 

  •  Extensive Enterprise Software selling knowledge and experience to mid and large enterprises in the designated territory.
  • Extensive domain knowledge in payments, digital banking solution, and fintech sales.
  • Experience in open banking, core banking, and API platform sales is a plus.
  • You have a strong charismatic executive presence, and you are well presented.
  • You can make important forecasting commitments and forecasting accuracy.
  • You possess outstanding management, social, written and presentation skills.
  • You thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic, and lively work environment and you are comfortable to be ‘disruptive’.
  • You could work independently and remotely.
  • You demonstrate a good track record of success and knowledge with prospects and customers in the defined territory.
  • Ability to pro-actively communicate effectively to both a range of executives and also to multiple size audiences with inspiration and clarity.
  • Ability to execute plans with relevant stakeholders on Sales Strategy, Programs, Channels, and so on.The desire to develop new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Post Graduation/ Master’s in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, 5 years in payments.
  • Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and build trusted relationships.
