Job Description
A leading paint manufacturing company in Nigeria is seeking to hire a relationship manager who will ensure sales and manage the company’s customer relations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales and sustain long lasting relationships between the company and its key customers
- Recruit and develop institutional customers for the business
- Implement and manage sales and customer service strategy and plans for the business
- Generate orders by liaising with institutional customers and the entire field sales force
- Promote the corporate image of the company by building lasting relationships with all key account customers
- Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential new customers
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
- Implement an effective and efficient customer’s information feedback system
- Prepare monthly reports that capture current market situation that will help to meet profit objective
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the Managing Director
Qualification
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- 3+ years’ experience in customer service, sales or a related position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead and work within a team
- Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients
- Exceptional organization skills and a strong work ethic
