RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
Responsibilities
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, email, networking, person and social media
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Analyze the market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
- Managing the sales process from start to finish.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum academic qualification of a degree in sales, business, or related field.
- Experience in sales especially with small businesses will be beneficial
- Access to a large pool of small business contacts is an added advantage
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, CRM, and sales software programs.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
