RESEARCH ANALYST- Job Description

- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitor offerings in the QSR industry.
- Analyze market data, consumer surveys, and industry reports to gather insights and identify opportunities for new menu development and product improvements.
- Monitor and track industry trends, technological advancements, and emerging concepts relevant to the QSR industry.
- Provide regular reports and presentations on market research findings to inform decision-making processes and menu planning.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and messaging strategies.
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Provide research and analysis to support the development of menus for new outlets, considering local market preferences and demographics.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient and effective implementation of new menu items across outlets.
- Conduct post-launch evaluations of new menu items to assess their performance and make recommendations for adjustments.
- Research and identify new locations for business expansion
Qualifications
- A minimum of second-class upper in bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/related field
- Between 1-3 years of experience in the advertised role
- Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field.
- Sound inquisitive and analytical mind.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A good team player.
- Willingness to learn.
- Must be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Report preparation.
