Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Ticketing Agent. As a Reservations Ticketing Agent, you will be responsible for handling ticket reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with travel and tourism inquiries. This role requires attention to detail and effective communication with clients.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in reservations and customer service
- Knowledge of travel and tourism industry
- Sales experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use Amadeus,sabre and Galileo
- Experience with ticketing
- Experience in ticket validation and re-issue
