Responsibilities
- Develop Business strategies to raise customer pool, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability
- Maintaining budgets, statistical and financial records
- Dealing with customer inquiries & complaints
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Store administration and ensuring compliance with policies & Procedures
- Supervising staff, handling grievances, and conducting appraisals to assess training needs
- Overseeing customer orders
- Overseeing inventory levels, and ensuring stocking, to maximize efficiency in meeting sales goals
- Manage controllable costs to maintain profitability
- Seek ways to promote the store equipment
- Preparing weekly/monthly store reports on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to staff
- Ensuring a clean and organized store environment at all times
- Liaise with partners and the owner as regards store activities
Qualifications
- BSc Business Administration or relevant field
- Must have completed NYSC
- Relevant experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role
- Proactive in-store planning skills
- Self-motivated leadership
- Strong communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Superb sales abilities & Organizational skills
- Excellence in Customer service skills
- In-depth knowledge of business management procedures
- Ability to opoperateasic business software programs
