Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the candidate at Micro Leasing Limited located in Lagos. The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as providing excellent customer service, utilizing product knowledge to assist customers, and effectively communicating with customers to drive sales. Job
Qualifications
- Experienced in sale of salary loan
- Must have worked in a Consumer Lending Company for at least three years
- Strong product knowledge and retail sales skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability in sales
- Ability to work well in a team
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Experience in the finance industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent.
