Procore is seeking a Revenue Enablement Manager to support the development and empowerment of our growing LATAM Channel ecosystem. In this role, you’ll ensure our partners can optimally market, sell, develop, and support Procore’s solutions in the LATAM region. You will be a key stakeholder/contributor in the development of Procore’s evolving Partner enablement strategy, collaborating with subject matter experts across the business to develop and deliver training and instructional content for the Procore LATAM Partner ecosystem.

This is a critical role in helping Procore scale to the next level with partners and an exciting opportunity to build an ecosystem. Successful candidates will be technology enthusiasts and promoters of modernizing the construction industry with a passion for enabling / coaching.

This position reports to the Chief of Staff, Global Partnerships & Alliances, and can work remotely from any U.S. location or sit out of any of our U.S. offices. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Core Curriculum and Instructional Design teams to develop scalable onboarding & ongoing training plans to ensure partners understand the value of Procore and are equipped to position solutions and meet revenue objectives.
  • Work with the facilitation team to deliver partner training alongside the Channel Management teams.
  • Define and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of all Partner enablement programs and impact on global partnership goals
  • Collaborate closely with the Global Partnerships and Alliance team to align enablement plans with the overall Partner program strategy and ensure Partners are field ready.
  • Work closely with Product & Partner Marketing to drive engagement with Partner Resources.
  • Manage partner content portal by working closely with the Content Management team.
  • Up to 25% travel within the US & LATAM.
Qualification
  • 5+ years in a Sales Enablement or Partner Enablement capacity, preferably at a SaaS company
  • Fluency in English & Spanish (Portuguese is a positive, but not required)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Experience designing & developing educational content
  • Experience with sales enablement tools (e.g., Partner Relationship Management, Content Management, LMS, sales acceleration email tools, call recording/coaching tools, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Exceptional program management and communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships within partner organizations
  • Commitment to excellence, high integrity, high energy, and team player
  • Ability to excel and make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment
