Job Description
As the Route to Market & Information Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business excellence through innovative strategies.
Responsibilities
Execution Powerhouse:
· Profiling and increasing the number of brand handlers in the market.
• Deployment of digitalization in managing sales force effectiveness.
• Initiate & execute route-to-market bold & creative ideas.
• Ensure timely and accurate payout to Strategic Partner and trade customers.
• Strengthening the consistency in execution and reporting
• Ensure the monthly Primary and Secondary Sales ambition is achieved.
Business Intelligence:
- Develop robust processes for reporting sales, market share, and distribution performance.
- Extract valuable insights from raw data.
- Communicate results and findings to senior management.
- Manage data and automate processes for enhanced efficiency.
Capability Building:
- Design and implement technical processes to address business issues.
- Interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Budget Control:
- Execute policies, procedures, and monthly reconciliation.
- Monitor and control annual contracts, ensuring compliance.
- Ensure adequate funding for sales execution.
3rd Party Management:
- Lead operational relationships with strategic partners and trade customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, economics & data analysis.
- 5-7 years hands-on experience.
- FMCG RTM/Channel Management expertise.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and SAP applications.
- Independent market research capabilities.
