ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going
- Listening to the customers needs to generate repeat sales.
- Activation of new clients
- Retention of existing client
- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products
- Answering customers question on the products
- Meeting sales set KPIs
Qualification
- Excellent communication skills
- Creative thinking
- The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation
- Good sales ability
- Working knowledge of CRM
- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
- The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers
- Minimum of two years experience in forex broker telesales position
- Position applicable to both male and female
