SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Generating and following up on leads, qualifying leads, and prioritizing opportunities. e-doc online

Responsibilities

  • Building strong relationships with B2B clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their pain points.
  • Generating and following up on leads, qualifying leads, and prioritizing opportunities.
  • Managing the sales cycle from initial contact to post-sales support, exceeding client expectations.
  • Developing and maintaining accurate customer records within the CRM system.
  • Developing a strategy and sales plan to address customer coverage.
  • Driving the implementation of sales campaigns.
  • Maintaining a complete and up-to-date understanding of competition and able to influence the sales process for developing proactive and counter actions for winning deals.
  • Identifying and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Working with and influencing the activities of E-doc Online Partners as appropriate.

Qualification

  • A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in B2B and SaaS ideally within Financial Services, Banking and Fintech sector.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise opportunities.
  • Strong relationships with C-Level across key Industries e.g. Financial Services, Telco, Public Sector, Government etc.
  • Capability to develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets and industries effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets in previous roles.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex software solutions and their benefits to potential clients.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations and negotiate contracts.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams within E-doc Online and flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, client requirements, and product offerings.
