Job Description
Airtel maintains an ecosystem of systems supporting our sales processes, to run our operations towards partners and sales channels.
Responsibilities
Application Support:
- Provide technical support for sales and distribution applications, ensuring uninterrupted functionality.
- Respond promptly to user inquiries, addressing issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.
Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and resolve application-related issues, coordinating with internal technical teams and external vendors if necessary.
- Investigate and analyze root causes of problems to prevent recurrence.
User Training:
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of sales and distribution applications.
- Create and maintain user documentation and training materials.
System Maintenance:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and system configurations, to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement changes and improvements as needed.
Integration System:
- Work with other teams to support the integration of sales and distribution applications with other systems within the organization.
- Ensure seamless data flow and communication between different applications.
- Customization and Enhancement:
- Collaborate with the development team to customize and enhance sales and distribution applications based on user feedback and evolving business requirements.
- Test and implement new features and functionalities.
Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor the performance of sales and distribution applications, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Recommend and implement optimizations to improve system efficiency.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and distribution teams to understand business processes and requirements.
- Act as a liaison between end-users and the technical team to ensure alignment with business needs.
Incident Management:
- Manage and prioritize incidents, working with a sense of urgency to resolve critical issues.
- Document incident resolutions and contribute to the development of a knowledge base.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into application usage, performance, and user behavior.
- Use data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
