Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote our properties.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential investors through various channels, including networking events, cold calling, and online platforms.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and trends in the real estate market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for investors.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, including key metrics and KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive analysis, and market developments to inform marketing strategies and tactics. SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing or sales role, preferably in the real estate.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
