Job Description
The Job Holders are responsible for the collection of outstanding subscriptions and providing recruitment drive for members.
Responsibilities
- Plan a course of action to recover outstanding subscriptions from members.
- Put in place strategies to locate, contact members with outstanding subscriptions and closely follow up for payment.
- To provide on-time and active feedback about members’ outstanding subscriptions/ dues to the Director/Head of Department.
- Update account status and database regularly.
- Track and handle members’ complaints and regularly report to the Director/Head of the Membership Department.
- Ensure proper follow-up for a timely response.
- To provide and maintain daily working reports.
- To achieve the assigned monthly target on Subscription collection.
- Any other task assigned by the Director/Head of the Department
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Business Administration, Law, or any discipline.
- 3-5 years working experience post NYSC.
- Previous cognate experience will be a great advantage.
- Persuasive skills
- Self Started and great personality traits
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good Negotiation and Problem-Solving Skills
- Experience in working with tight deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced changes in the work environment and requirements of internal clients.
· Females will be preferred for gender balance.
