Job Description
For the position of Sales Coordinator Nigeria, we are looking for a colleague to coordinate the performance and efficiency levels of the Commercial Managers by supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, motivating staff, and setting the prices of products.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently coordinate the activities of the commercial teams in Nigeria.
- Coordinate the commercial teams by handling business enquiries, drawing up offers and assuring proper follow-up of quotations.
- Collaborating with other departments, locally and overseas, to ensure sales, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Monitor the commercial team’s progress and report efficiently.
- Identify shortcomings and propose areas for improvement.
- Supervise the handling of orders from a strategic and commercial perspective.
- Identify and solve problems smoothly and (re)negotiate conditions when necessary.
- Develop and implement policies and processes that will improve the overall sales process.
