We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Executive who will consistently achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Acquisition of new clients.
- Consistently achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Creating and implementing plans to deliver new businesses from new market segments.
- Perform analysis to determine opportunities in the market.
- Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
- Overseeing and developing sales campaigns.
- Create and update client profiles.
- All other responsibilities are assigned by the line manager.
Skills
- Excellent networking, selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
