The Integrated Solutions Sales Specialist is pivotal in driving sales across high-end residential markets and blue-chip business sectors, offering bespoke home automation, home cinema, integrated home technologies, and cutting-edge workspace Audio Visual solutions. The role demands a blend of technical acumen, strategic sales techniques, and a deep understanding of both luxury consumer preferences and corporate Audio Visual collaboration requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by engaging with high-net-worth individuals, architects, mechanical Consultants, interior designers, and key stakeholders in blue-chip companies.
- Conduct detailed consultations to tailor home automation and cinema solutions for the residential market while addressing the Audio Visual collaboration needs of corporate clients.
- Deliver dynamic sales presentations that highlight the unique benefits of HAUSBA’s integrated solutions for both living spaces and workspaces.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends to inform clients about state-of-the-art technologies and integration strategies that can enhance their experience and productivity.
- Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met with precision and excellence.
- Forge strong relationships with blue-chip businesses to become their preferred supplier for workspace Audio Visual solutions, focusing on Audio Visual collaboration technologies.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including contract negotiations, with a keen eye on profitability and long-term customer value.
- Offer exemplary post-sales support, facilitating a smooth handoff to implementation teams and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Advocate for HAUSBA’s value proposition by demonstrating how integrated technology solutions can elevate both living and working environments.
- Engage in active business development activities to expand HAUSBA’s market reach across high-end residential spaces and blue-chip companies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; technical background is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in high-value sales environments, with a proven track record in the luxury residential or corporate technology sectors.
- Proficient knowledge of current AV technology trends, home automation systems, and collaborative workspace solutions.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals with discerning clients across various industries.
