SALES EXECUTIVE
Responsible for the development of the beauty care channel in Hello Products Limited Nigeria.

Hello Products is an African personal and home care company based in Lagos State, Nigeria and a member of Jagal Investments. We develop, manufacture and distribute a range of high quality personal and home care products that support a healthier life and safer homes throughout Africa.
Job Description
- Responsible for the development of the beauty care channel in Hello Products Limited Nigeria.
- Responsible for the delivery of the total channel value target.
- Use a strong online presence and network to engage with potential customers, share product experiences, and drive awareness.
- Utilize sales skills to actively engage customers, increase brand exposure, and convert leads into loyal clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing them with product insights, recommendations, and exceptional service.
- Represent the brand at beauty or fashion events, launches, pop-up shops to expand brand visibility.
- Ensure that all communication, promotion, and activities align with the brand’s values and messaging.
- Customers to include major chains/individual outlets PAN Nigeria across the value chain. Channels include Spas, beauty salons, hair salons, barber shops, Horeca outlets, and beauty retail cosmetic stores.
- Responsible for leading negotiations and driving initiatives for the beauty category- Beauty soaps, body creams, body sprays, hair care range e.tc. (Strictly no Citronella sales)
- Responsible for leading and contributing to projects that drive revenue growth.
- Manage lead generation, web site development and content curation/creation, and sales collateral.
Qualification
- BSc / HND in related field or Social or Management Science
- At least 3 years experience in sales within the FMCG industry is an added advantage
- Proven experience in sales, particularly within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
- Extensive digital network and strong presence on social media platforms.
- Ability to connect with and influence a wide range of customers and partners.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
- Passionate about beauty and cosmetics, with a solid understanding of industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Located in Lagos, preferably resident on the Island with knowledge of the local market.
- Female preferably for gender balance
- Previous experience as a brand ambassador, sales representative, or similar role in the cosmetics/beauty sector.
- A personal brand or influencer presence in Lagos, with the ability to leverage this for brand growth.
