We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the facade industry, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Developers, and other industry influencers.
Responsibilities
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities in the construction sector.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
- Build and nurture relationships with industry stakeholders, including Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, and Developers.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Analyze data and market insights to identify potential growth areas.
- Networking:
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and build a strong professional network.
- Leverage networking opportunities to generate leads and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in business development within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
