Job Description
As part of effort to expand business operations and increase company’s growth, as well as meeting demands of economic call for job creation, Romanspage is currently looking to hire a Sales Executive who would lead sales development initiatives and innovative marketing strategies for growth.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals while growing the business
- Grow business through the development of new leads
- Identify and make proposition on new revenue opportunities
- Building business relationships with potential clients
- Attending networking events to attract and retain clients
- Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation
- Developing and presenting proposals customised for each client’s specific business needs
- Assist with marketing and promotional projects
- Collaborate with management to develop sales plan and budget
- Work with account managers to ensure client satisfaction
- Work with social media team to devise best strategy for digital marketing
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
- Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities
- Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
Qualifications
- BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- A relevant working experience of two years and above is expected
