We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a leader in empowering individuals to achieve excellence in communication, we are looking for a candidate who shares our passion for development and growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed the company’s revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including schools, corporations, and individuals seeking to enhance their public speaking skills.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our training programs to prospective clients.
- Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and pursue new opportunities for growth.
- Provide feedback from clients to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, performance, and forecasted revenues.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in the education, training, or service industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passionate about personal development and public speaking.
