Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team at Dragnet Solutions Limited, a leading provider of talent management services.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goal
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share and increase revenue
- Identify and qualify new leads
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Conduct sales presentations and close deals
- Provide training and coaching to sales team members
- Track and analyze sales performance data
- Manage customer relationships and resolve customer issues
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Reporting Channel:
- Reports directly to the Director of Sales
Experience Required:
- 5+ years of experience in sales management
Skills Required:
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales quotas
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
