Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for fintech products/services.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align strategies.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations in sales processes.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience in fintech or financial services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of fintech products and market trends.
- Experience in team leadership and management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
