Job Description
This is a contract role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to generate revenue and meet sales targets. The Sales Manager will lead a team of sales representatives and work closely with the marketing and customer service teams. This is an on-site role located in Lagos and the Sales Manager will report to the Director of Sales.
Qualifications
- Sales Management and Business Development experience
- Experience in the travel industry with a focus on B2B sales
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working with CRM software and sales analytics
- O’ Level Certificate
- Experience in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Fluency in English and a second language would be an asset
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally when required
