Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress towards targets.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure business deals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the role
- Proven experience as sales/marketing officer with a successful track record
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Candidate must reside in Ibadan.
