Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Operations Executive based in Nigeria to become an integral part of our team at Lenkie. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and optimising the sales function through administrative support, process improvement, performance analysis, and the effective use of tools and technologies. You’ll act as the face of the company, working directly with customers to ensure continued success in using the Lenkie platform. Strong communication and relationship building skills are therefore critical.

You will play a key role in ensuring that the sales team operates efficiently and achieves its goals as we scale the business. SALES OPERATION EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Work alongside the account management team to respond to customer queries and drive growth in our core accounts. Job
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing qualified leads and supporting them throughout the sales cycle to ensure successful conversion. This includes drafting contracts and other administrative tasks.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with leads and prospects using our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimise processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on sales strategies, messaging, and product offerings to contribute to ongoing improvements and enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in a sales or business development role, preferably in the fintech or software sectors.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Organisation: Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and objectives.
  • Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
