Job Description

  • Dentify and Prospect: Research and identify potential customers through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations on products/services to prospective customers. Demonstrate the value and benefits of our offerings.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and contribute to the overall team success.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments. Use this information to adjust sales strategies and approaches.
  • Sales Administration: Prepare accurate reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and customer feedback. Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Ensure the terms align with company policies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Qualification

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in Oil and Gas industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Personality: Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
