Responsibilities
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Present, promote, and sell our products to prospective customers, highlighting their unique features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide appropriate product recommendations and solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential opportunities or challenges.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the sales manager.
- Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry developments to remain competitive in the market.
- Attend sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and showcase our products.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and build relationships with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales deals and achieve targets.
- Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales goals in a competitive market.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
