Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Support Analyst/Presales to join our dynamic team and provide comprehensive support to our sales resources across the Africa region.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough pre-sales research and analysis to identify and assess potential customer needs and opportunities.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the company’s value proposition and solutions.
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels, including inbound marketing, lead generation campaigns, and networking events.
- Provide technical support to sales teams during the sales cycle, including answering customer questions, addressing technical objections, and providing product demos.
- Manage sales pipeline and track progress to ensure that deals are progressing smoothly and closing on time.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales documentation, including customer profiles, opportunity briefs, and proposals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in a sales support or presales role
- Proven track record of success in identifying and qualifying new sales leads.
- Strong understanding of the presales process and the ability to translate and interpret data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and French is a plus.
- Telecom/IT/Fintech background experience.
