Responsibilities
1. Present, promote, and sell a product using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
2. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
3. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
4. Achieve agreed, -sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
5. Coordinate sales efforts, with team members and other departments
6. Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
7. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
8. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
9. Continuously improve through feedback
Qualification
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
2. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
3. Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
4. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
5. Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
6. Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
7. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs
8. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
9. HND or Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
