Job Description
As a salesperson, you will be responsible for generating new business, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our insurance products and services. The ideal candidate will be creative and analytical in thinking. they will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a market strategy that will effectively reach the target audience.
Responsibilities.
- Selling of all companies products (Life insurance/investment linked products and protection products).
- Ensuring adequate payment of monthly premium by all clients
- Selling companies pension option(Annuity for life) to new retired and existing retirees from private companies, state and federal organization
- Establishing good relationship on behalf of the company with customers/clients
- Frequently replenish job specific knowledge and apply it on the field.
- Submission of proposal to multinational companies for generation of new businesses
- Daily advising perspective customers on the importance/benefits of insurance to their family
- Developing new strategies that will bring About creation of new business.
Qualification
- Bsc or Hnd
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and trustworthiness
- Years of experience (1-2) as qualified candidate will undergo sales/marketing training.
