Sandra Iheuwa, renowned as one of talent manager Ubi Franklin’s baby mamas and former wife of celebrity hair boss Steve Thompson, has officially announced her divorce from Thompson.

Taking to her Instagram page, Sandra shared the news, revealing that there were no settlements involved, and the divorce solely pertained to her and their son. Contemplating whether to throw a celebration, she expressed the newfound peace she feels.

Thank you, Jesus. No settlements, nothing, just me and my son. Peace hasn’t felt so good. Should I do a divorce party?”

Sandra and Steve had a high-profile wedding ceremony in 2021, but their marital bliss quickly turned tumultuous, leading to their separation just a year later. The baby mama of Ubi Franklin made the decision to leave her matrimonial home due to alleged infidelity on Steve’s part.

In response to the accusations, Steve denied the claims of serial cheating and highlighted various factors that contributed to the demise of their marriage. He emphasized Sandra’s apparent focus on social media over building a home together and cited threats she made against him, similar to her actions in her previous relationship.

Sandra, in turn, accused Nollywood actress Nancy Isime of involvement with her ex-husband before and during their marriage. She revealed that her ex-husband disclosed the affair to her, showing direct messages as evidence.

Following her divorce, Sandra swiftly moved on with singer Morachi. However, their relationship encountered challenges and eventually ended within months, marked by subtle jabs exchanged between the former couple.

In a recent revelation, Sandra opened up about the reasons behind her split with Steve Thompson. She disclosed that their marriage faltered because Thompson expected her to conform to traditional, domestic roles, which she found unfair, especially during her high-risk pregnancy. Sandra also discussed her experiences dating Nigerian men, dispelling misconceptions about her personality and asserting that she stands up for herself when necessary, emphasizing that she is not inherently a troublemaker.
