About the job
We are seeking lawyers with high-quality experience, particularly in Dispute Resolution and Commercial Transactions SENIOR ASSOCIATE LAWYER
Qualification
- High-quality experience mainly in commercial transactions and dispute resolution.
- A good Second Class degree in Law obtained from a reputable institution
- Must have between 4 and 10 years of experience in commercial law and/or dispute resolution.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent research skills
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Good client relationship/interpersonal skills
- A proactive approach to risk management and problem-solving
- Ability to work confidently, independently and interact at all levels of the organisation
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in commercial transactions
- Team and goal-oriented attitude
- Relevant postgraduate degrees/professional qualifications and/or experience in international markets would be an advantage
- Must have litigation experience both at the High Court and at the Appellate courts
