Client Relationship Management

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify and establish relationships with new clients, understanding their needs and proposing solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and the acquisition of new clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and forge strategic partnerships with key industry players to enhance the company’s market presence.
  • Negotiate and finalise partnership agreements to achieve mutual business objectives.
  • Explore new markets and business channels to expand the company’s footprint.
  • Develop entry strategies for new markets, considering local regulations and competition.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior business development professionals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to inform decision-making.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, achievements, and challenges.
  • Develop and manage the business development budget effectively.
  • Monitor expenses and ROI to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Qualification

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 4 – 5 years work experience.
Location: Lagos, Nigeria.
