Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for business expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify and establish relationships with new clients, understanding their needs and proposing solutions.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and the acquisition of new clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and forge strategic partnerships with key industry players to enhance the company’s market presence.
- Negotiate and finalise partnership agreements to achieve mutual business objectives.
- Explore new markets and business channels to expand the company’s footprint.
- Develop entry strategies for new markets, considering local regulations and competition.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior business development professionals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to inform decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, achievements, and challenges.
- Develop and manage the business development budget effectively.
- Monitor expenses and ROI to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Qualification
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 4 – 5 years work experience.
