Job Description

We are offering a graphic design & web design subscription as a productized service .Our customers are mainly startups that care about great design but don’t have full-time designers in-house.

 Responsibilities

• Conceptualization: Understand client briefs and conceptualize creative solutions that align with their objectives.
• Design Execution: Create compelling designs across various mediums, including Interface Design, Brand Design, UI/UX, Ad Creatives, Newsletters, Product Design, Social Media Content, Banners, Emails, Web Design, Infographics, Social Ads, Presentations, Logos, App Design, and Landing Pages.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and quality of designs.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs remain current and competitive.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers, helping them elevate their design skills and understanding of brand guidelines.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs meet the highest quality standards.
• Feedback Incorporation: Revise and modify designs based on feedback from stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficient in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other visual design tools.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
