We are looking for REALLY COOL product designers to work on cutting-edge projects in the AI, Web3, Fintech, and Blockchain space.

UI designer who is proficient in SKETCH and or FIGMA
Excellent product design and design fundamentals, including visual design, typography, UI design, interaction design, and information architecture
Able to provide both Desktop AND mobile of each design
Also VERY good at UX and creating a user experience that is new and pushes the limits of what exists
Can create motion prototypes of designs, both in small animations and the entire application
Preference would be for a motion to be designed with After Effects (but Principle/InVision/Protopie or other applications are fine as well)
Needs to design the UI as part of the UX together, and not start with wireframes
Last, need to be communicative and available for conversation. Communication is EXTREMELY important
