Fobework is seeking a dynamic and visionary Product Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in building revolutionary startups at the forefront of technology. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to market entry, and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for our startup portfolio, ensuring alignment with our mission and goals.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research, customer analysis, and competitive assessments to identify opportunities and trends.
- Product Development: Oversee the product development process, collaborating with technical teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- User-Centric Design: Advocate for a user-centric design approach, ensuring that our products meet the needs and expectations of our target audience.
- Agile Methodology: Implement agile product development methodologies to adapt to changing market conditions and rapidly deliver value.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical, design, and business teams to ensure alignment and coordination throughout the product lifecycle.
- Mentorship and Guidance: Provide mentorship and guidance to startup teams, helping them navigate challenges and achieve product milestones.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of successful product development and delivery.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and innovative thinking, with a passion for driving positive change through technology.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience with product management tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the capacity to inspire and motivate teams toward common goals.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field of study
- 5+ years’ experience in product management
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana and Slack
