Overview
We are seeking a talented UI/UX & Graphics Designer to join our team In this pivotal role, the candidate will design intuitive user interfaces for our website and mobile app, and create visually compelling graphics for campaigns, social media ads, and other digital media. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with the technical ability to translate designs into functional code. You will work closely with our development team to ensure seamless integration of user interfaces, enhancing user engagement and driving conversions.
Responsibilities
- UI/UX Design: Advanced proficiency in creating wireframes, visual design, and prototypes, as well as a deep understanding of user experience best practices.
- Graphic Design: Strong graphic design skills with the ability to produce captivating graphics, banners, and ads.
- Tools Proficiency: Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Sketch, and Figma.
- Front-end Development: Skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to convert designs into live code.
- Responsive Design: Experience in designing responsive websites and mobile apps that offer optimal user experience across various devices.
- Collaboration Tools: Experience with tools like Slack, JIRA, and Asana for project management and team collaboration.
- Prototyping and Wireframing: Ability to use tools like UXPin, InVision, and Adobe XD for creating high-fidelity prototypes.
- User Testing: Experience in user testing and design optimization based on user feedback.
- Multimedia Creation: Ability to create dynamic GIFs and motion graphics suitable for various digital platforms.
- Brand Development: Expertise in developing and maintaining brand identity across digital platforms.
- Design Systems: Demonstrated experience in creating or maintaining scalable design systems.
- User Research: Advanced skills in user research methodologies to inform design decisions.
- Accessibility Standards: Knowledge of web and mobile accessibility standards to ensure inclusive designs.
- Data Visualization: Skills in designing complex Data Visualizations and Infographics.
- Conversion Optimization: Experience with A/B Testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Leadership and Mentorship: Ability to mentor junior designers and lead design initiatives within cross-functional teams.
- Design Thinking: Proficiency in design thinking and problem-solving methodologies.
- Technical Liaison: Experience in bridging design and development teams to ensure fidelity and implementation accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of professional design experience in a digital environment, preferably in a tech or fintech company.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating your design skills across a variety of digital projects.
- Cross-Platform Design: Experience with designing for both iOS and Android platforms.
- SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles to ensure designs are optimized for search engines.
- Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile development processes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts and decisions to the team and stakeholders
