Nigerian comedian Seyi Law has extended an olive branch to legendary rapper Eedris Abdulkareem amidst the recent backlash the rapper has faced.
Taking to his Instagram page, Seyi Law expressed his sentiments, stating that he never had a private conversation with Eedris about the allegations made against him in a recent interview. Seyi Law speculated that perhaps Eedris misunderstood his jokes, but regardless, he empathized with the backlash the rapper has endured from various quarters.
He emphasized that nobody is immune to making mistakes and expressed hope that people would eventually let things go, concluding his message with well wishes for Eedris.
This unexpected gesture of reconciliation from Seyi Law comes after a public spat between the two, initiated by Eedris Abdulkareem’s claim that Seyi Law regretted voting for President Tinubu, which Seyi Law vehemently denied.
