Ensuring that subordinates are properly trained for the right acquisition of technical skills and knowledge
Responsibilities
- Effective planning of preventive maintenance
- Ensuring that subordinates are properly trained for the right acquisition of technical skills and knowledge
- Ensuring that changes and modificationmodifications to plants/machinery are properly documented for improved factory operations
- Ensuring that all production machines are optimally available
- Ensuring that ordering and usage of maintenance spares are properly utilized for better factory operations
- Monitoring/ co-ordinating factory operations for improved OEE measurement/performance
- Ensuring efficient support for factory operations
- Ensuring total compliance with technical operating standards
- Ensuring safe installations of machinery/equipment.
Qualification
- A University Degree (B.Sc / HND) in Mechanical Engineering & Electrical Engineering
- Three (3) years of relevant work experience in a standard manufacturing environment.
